CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

New Horizon shall practise proper contracting between client and contractor when engage any scope of works. The following steps are being involved in contract binding :

Go through the contract from client/ third party or client’s rep.
VE proposal from contractor based on client’s design.
Alternations or amendments of contract terms and conditions and its specifications if any.
Confirmation of contract documents and sign LOA after all parties agreed upon

In accordance with EHS(Environmental, Health & Safety) rules and regulations (Singapore WSH council) & CDM(Construction Design Management)regulations(UK), New Horizon shall take reference those elements and adopt to implements environmental, health and safety management system as company in-house rules which are to be in line with local rules for EHS system.
