CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

New Horizon shall practise proper contracting between client and contractor when engage any scope of works. The following steps are being involved in contract binding :

  • Go through the contract from client/ third party or client’s rep.
  • VE proposal from contractor based on client’s design.
  • Alternations or amendments of contract terms and conditions and its specifications if any.
  • Confirmation of contract documents and sign LOA after all parties agreed upon
